Ready to be the heartbeat of clinical research? Join our client as a Clinical Project Manager and assist in turning innovative science into life-changing care from the flexibility of your own home!

R&D Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Project Manager to will oversee the smooth execution of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulations. You will act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, manage study-related activities, and support team members to achieve project milestones efficiently. This is a fully remote working position within United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical research studies to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the main contact for sponsors and vendors.
  • Coordinate study-related tasks such as data management, investigational supplies, and laboratory functions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on study progress.
  • Support and supervise team members, including training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Prepare and review essential study documents like protocols, budgets, and manuals.
  • Identify and resolve challenges to keep studies on track.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and client meetings as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in clinical research, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines.

Compensation:

  • $115,000 to $145,000 per annum.
