Ready to be the heartbeat of medical research? Join our client as a Study Coordinator and assist in turning innovative science into life-changing care!

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies. You will work closely with study sites to ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and best practices. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful research projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for assigned study sites, providing training and technical support.
  • Assist in selecting and assessing study sites to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Help with site activation, including obtaining necessary approvals and contracts.
  • Review and develop study-related documents, such as protocols and site-specific templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth study execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and standard procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and virtual teams.
  • Experience in clinical laboratories or study coordination is a plus.
