R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support patient identification, enrollment, documentation quality, data management, and patient retention activities at a clinical research site in Slovakia. This role is ideal for candidates with prior oncology study experience and strong organizational skills. The position requires immediate availability and offers flexible part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient identification through electronic and paper chart reviews.
  • Follow up on media referrals and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and prepare for visits.
  • Perform EDC data entry, ongoing data management, and query resolution.
  • Verify data, including source document uploads.
  • Monitor and manage AE/SAE-related data.
  • Ensure eDiary compliance and follow up as needed.
  • Conduct subject follow-up activities per protocol requirements.
  • Submit study materials to IRB following site procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator and study site team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in oncology studies.
  • Proficiency in EDC systems for data entry and query management.
  • Experience with source document review and data verification.
  • Knowledge of AE/SAE documentation requirements.
  • Familiarity with patient recruitment, chart review, and follow-up activities.
  • Understanding of ICH-GCP, patient privacy requirements, and clinical trial processes.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with site personnel.
  • English proficiency (B1 level or higher) for study documentation and sponsor communications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
