Clinical Research Coordinator // Warsaw, PL

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support two upcoming studies. This role involves working part-time, up to 30 hours per week, across two sites in Warsaw. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical research activities, with a focus on data management and compliance.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage study data accurately.
• Resolve queries related to study data.
• Verify data and upload source documents.
• Handle adverse events (AE) and serious adverse events (SAE) documentation.
• Monitor data for accuracy and completeness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and verify data efficiently.
• Familiarity with handling AE/SAE documentation.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites in Warsaw.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
