Support clinical supply operations where quality, compliance, and precision truly matter.

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Supply Associate to join a leading biotechnology company in Sweden. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in GMP/GCP/GDP and a strong background in supply chain management. The position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of purchasing and delivery of External Commercial Products.
  • Facilitate documentation activities to ensure inspection readiness and compliance with international GMP standards.
  • Perform electronic document archiving and quality control.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital systems.
  • Document and coordinate product quality complaints and GMP deviations.
  • Utilize Supply Chain Management systems to support agile workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Clinical Supply Chain processes through visual management, problem-solving, global standardization, and process confirmation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience with GMP, GCP, and GDP.
  • Academic scientific background with a strong ambition for supply chain management.
  • Highly organized and structured with excellent aptitude for digital systems.
  • Thrives in a task-based, process-oriented workplace with a focus on customer-patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Problem-solving focus with a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader perspective.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline or supply chain leadership.
