Clinical Trial Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee and manage clinical studies in the field of Cardio-Pulmonary Bypass Biologics. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. You will play a key role in planning, managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues related to study operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical trial activities, including planning, execution, and oversight of study operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, review their performance, and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and review clinical documents such as protocols, investigator brochures, and study reports.
• Organize and lead investigator meetings and ensure proper training for all involved parties.
• Monitor study timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data collection, supplies, and contracts.
• Address and resolve escalated issues from study sites, regulatory authorities, and ethics committees.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including trial master files and essential regulatory documents.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience managing clinical trials, preferably in Cardio-Pulmonary Bypass Biologics.
• Familiarity with working on both sponsor and CRO sides.
• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to oversee vendor performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Proficiency in reviewing and maintaining clinical trial documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and data management processes.

Compensation:

• $60 to $70 per hour.
