Help bring science to life and join a leading pharmaceutical company to play a key role in delivering impact that drives healthcare innovation!

R&D Partners is seeking a Biostatistician to provide expert statistical and strategic support for clinical and regulatory activities across all stages of drug development. This role involves contributing to the development of innovative treatments in rare diseases, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the quality and timely delivery of statistical analyses for assigned projects.
Provide statistical expertise to assess the benefits and risks of products during drug development.
Lead and coordinate statistical activities within projects, including collaboration with external partners.
Approve and contribute to key documents such as study protocols, analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
Offer strategic input for regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory questions.
Support the design of studies and programs to meet project goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate on publications and abstracts related to project outcomes.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement best practices and innovative approaches.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong knowledge of statistics and its application in clinical and pharmaceutical development.
Experience in designing studies, analyzing data, and working on regulatory submissions.
Proficiency in statistical programming tools like SAS or R.
Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts effectively.
Leadership and teamwork skills to manage and collaborate with diverse teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of regulatory guidelines and processes in clinical development.

Compensation:

$100 to $125 per hour.
