R&D Partners is seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Learning Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital learning initiatives for the Digital Learning Development (DLD) function. The DLD team supports the Global Pharmaceutical Quality and Commercialization learning academies by creating engaging and effective learning experiences tailored to organizational needs.

In collaboration with the Head of DLD, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while establishing scalable operational structures for sustained success.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital learning initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee resource pool selection to ensure efficient allocation for each project.
  • Make critical decisions regarding priorities, scope, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assign and manage contracted services and vendors for external asset creation.
  • Utilize project management software for end-to-end tracking and reporting.
  • Provide periodic reporting data.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Learning Academy clients, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and DLD resources to gather requirements and align objectives.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and provide ongoing updates as needed.
  • Apply the ADDIE methodology with flexibility and agility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Content Development Oversight:

  • Supervise the creation and curation of digital learning content, including rapid and customized e-learning modules, bespoke learning platforms, branding videos, and interactive resources.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the effectiveness and usability of digital learning materials.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital learning or educational technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in project management software and digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, authoring tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
