R&D Partners is seeking a Financial Assistant II to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Ireland. This role focuses on supporting the Global Finance Services team as a Specialist, reporting to the OTC Senior Manager. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate cash application across multiple international markets.
• Maintain and update customer master data in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support the OTC Senior Manager in achieving departmental goals.
• Adhere to compliance standards and contribute to process improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary:

• €25.00 – €32.74/Hour
