R&D Partners is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a team dedicated to advancing drug discovery through cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will contribute to building and improving software platforms that integrate machine learning, biophysical simulations, and computational chemistry. Your work will directly support the development of new medicines by creating tools and systems that enhance data analysis, visualization, and molecular property prediction.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a full-stack platform used for data exploration, experiment management, and real-time visualization.
• Create tools for visualizing molecules and proteins, analyzing machine learning models, and managing chemical workflows.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and computational chemists to implement and optimize computational methods.
• Scale data infrastructure to handle large datasets and parallel processing tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address challenges across the entire software stack.
• Experience in developing and deploying production-level code independently.
• Familiarity with frontend interfaces, backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Interest in working at the intersection of software engineering, drug discovery, and machine learning.

Compensation:

• $150,000 to $170,000 per annum.
