HR Consultant

Ready to play a key role in ensuring HR compliance, documentation accuracy, and workforce integrity across a growing consultancy environment?

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support procurement and supply chain functions within the CRO/Consultancy industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in HR compliance, documentation, and systems accuracy.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Files: Verify contracts, probation records, performance reviews, policy acknowledgments, and personnel documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Right to Work Compliance: Confirm all employees possess valid right-to-work documentation and immigration permissions, where applicable, while monitoring expiry dates.
• Contracts & Job Descriptions: Ensure alignment and currency of contracts, job descriptions, reporting lines, salaries, and actual duties.
• HR Systems Accuracy: Validate consistency across HR systems, payroll, contracts, job descriptions, and organizational structure.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR consulting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with right-to-work regulations and immigration permissions.
• Expertise in HR systems and payroll accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary:

• €500.00 – €600.00/Day
