R&D Partners is seeking an International Distributor Manager to oversee and grow distributor relationships across Europe and Africa. In this role, you will focus on driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective collaboration with distributors. You will act as the key point of contact between distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors.
  • Monitor distributor performance, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and support distributors with sales planning and market strategies.
  • Provide training, product presentations, and marketing tools to distributors.
  • Identify new markets, onboard new distributors, and develop market-entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Services, and Finance, to support distributor needs.
  • Attend international trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and quality requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven ability to grow sales and expand business in international markets.
  • Experience negotiating agreements and managing distributor performance.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Knowledge of the medical device or infection control industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP, or expense management tools.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
