Description

Join a dynamic launch workstream where your expertise in supply chain and quality drives successful product introductions.

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled professional to join the Launch Supply Chain Workstream team in Belgium. This role focuses on ensuring the qualification of materials and suppliers for intended use while adhering to cGMP regulations and project timelines. The position requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and expertise in supply chain and quality environments within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Launch Workstream Lead and other workstreams (Tech Transfer, Manufacturing, Quality) to collect, evaluate, and document material and supplier information.
  • Engage with suppliers and procurement teams to identify raw materials that meet quality requirements and process specifications.
  • Provide advice and support in writing material spec sheets, quality agreements, assessments, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Plan and follow up on Method Validation activities performed by contract labs, including review and approval of protocols and reports.
  • Evaluate qualification results, supplier documentation, analytical test results, and audit reports.
  • Resolve discrepancies such as Out-of-Specification results and issues during qualification.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Supply Chain or Quality environment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with common Pharmacopoeia (EP, USP, JP, ChP).
  • Prior experience with analytical Method Validation/Method Transfer is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to motivate teams and ensure timelines are respected.
  • Excellent social and communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in a project lead role is an advantage.
