Lead Consultant Health Economics

R&D Partners is seeking a Lead Consultant for Health Economics to oversee multiple projects, guide team members, and ensure high-quality project delivery. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to provide strategic insights and impactful solutions in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage several health economics projects at the same time.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring their work meets high standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and updates.
• Review and improve the work of your team to maintain quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Health Economics or a related field.
• Experience creating health economic models such as cost-effectiveness, budget impact, Markov, or decision tree models.
• Proven ability to manage and support team members effectively.
• Strong background in consulting, advising commercial clients in the life sciences industry.
