Life Sciences Consultant

R&D Partners is hiring a Life Sciences Consultant to contribute to client programs in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. This position covers responsibilities from elementary evaluations and solution finding to aiding in the formulation of more intricate approaches. The consultant may also oversee small teams or specialized work streams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and contribute to the development of proposals and client solutions.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
• Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions.
• Design, structure, and complete presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Develop and present client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
• Proactively build knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagement delivery and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve team goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes, their interactions, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Awareness of current events, industry developments, and major competitors.
• Effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people, and companies in the industry.
