Description

Lead safety excellence in Belgium as a Local PVG Manager—where your bilingual fluency and regulatory expertise protect patient wellbeing every step of the way.

R&D Partners is seeking a Local PVG Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves managing local pharmacovigilance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for a professional who is fluent in Dutch and French and has a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Set up and oversee the local pharmacovigilance system.
Conduct local literature reviews and manage individual case safety reports (ICSR).
Monitor pharmacovigilance intelligence and maintain local safety documentation.
Manage local agreements and adapt safety reports for submission.
Detect safety signals and implement risk minimization measures.
Review materials related to post-authorization safety.
Participate in audits, inspections, and regular project meetings.
Provide monthly updates on the status of the local pharmacovigilance system.
Train employees, service providers, and third parties on pharmacovigilance practices.
Collaborate closely with global and local teams to align processes.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for local tasks.
Act as a deputy when required and support additional tasks aligned with your skills.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch and French.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate with global teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
