Market Access Communications Manager

R&D Partners is recruiting for a skilled Market Access Communications Manager to connect market access strategy with creative delivery, developing clear, engaging and compliant materials that help support patient access to therapies. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful content tailored for healthcare professionals, payers and key decision‑makers.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit clear, persuasive content for healthcare audiences, including payers and healthcare professionals.
• Simplify complex clinical and policy information into concise, audience-friendly messages.
• Develop key materials such as value propositions, reimbursement guides, educational brochures, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content with strategic goals and compliance standards.
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory and legal requirements while maintaining clarity and impact.
• Partner with designers to ensure visuals complement written content effectively.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, including reimbursement processes and payer decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and strategists.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and the medical-legal review process.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in communications, life sciences, marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Compensation:

• $130,000 to $140,000 per annum.
