R&D Partners is seeking a Marketing Communications Partner to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns within the diagnostics and healthcare industry. You’ll work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between the office and remote work, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Solve problems effectively and communicate clearly across various teams.
• Focus on achieving key goals in a complex, collaborative environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant experience in marketing, particularly in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of business operations in both B2B and B2C settings.
• Proven ability to adapt skills and knowledge to new challenges.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Desirable: Marketing or business qualifications and specialized knowledge in the field.
