Mechanic III, Maintenance

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Mechanic III, Maintenance in Holly Springs, NC.

Your main responsibilities as a Mechanic III, Maintenance:

· Collaborates with Utilities Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure work activities are compliant with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

· Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on Clean and Dirty equipment that provide uninterrupted Utilities for the site.

· Develop efficient maintenance job plans, procedures, and work instructions for site equipment.

· Recommends spare parts and preventive maintenance procedures to optimize equipment reliability.

· Routes documentation for spare parts requests and work order submissions.

What we are looking for in a Mechanic III, Maintenance:

· High School Diploma with 5+ years’ relevant GMP / industry experience OR an Associate degree with 4+ years’ relevant GMP / industry experience OR equivalent.

· Advanced experience and knowledge of maintenance disciplines within a cGMP Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

· Demonstrated knowledge of DCS, PLC, and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS) control systems.

· Proven knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

· Demonstrated experience problem solving and troubleshooting systems in a pharmaceutical environment required.

Pay Scale:

$79,040 – $91,520 Dependent on Experience)
