MES PharmaSuite Specialist

R&D Partners is seeking an MES PharmaSuite Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for manufacturing systems in a pharmaceutical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and optimizing processes. This position requires close collaboration with various teams and flexibility in working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support and resolve issues during critical phases like system go-live.
• Review and improve manufacturing system recipes for efficiency.
• Analyze and reduce system and process errors.
• Update and enhance recipes, focusing on specific products and packaging.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with local teams, including Manufacturing, QA, IT, and Engineering.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite or similar MES systems.
• Knowledge of designing, executing, and supporting MES recipes.
• Understanding of GxP and CSV (Computer System Validation) environments.
• Ability to work effectively during critical phases such as hypercare and go-live.
• Service-oriented and solution-driven approach.
• Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and very good English skills.
