Ready to drive cutting-edge sterile manufacturing processes and play a key role in bringing innovative biotech products to patients worldwide?

R&D Partners is seeking an MST Consultant to join a leading biotechnology company in Visp, Switzerland. This role focuses on supporting technical operations, including sterile drug product (DP) manufacturing processes, GMP validation, and MSAT standardization.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Sterile DP Process Leadership: Lead the implementation, transfer, and optimization of sterile drug product manufacturing processes with cross-functional project teams.
  • GMP Validation Execution: Deliver compliant product and process qualification activities aligned with regulatory and customer expectations.
  • MSAT Standardization: Develop and embed harmonized MSAT workflows to enhance operational consistency for sterile DP manufacturing.
  • Complex Deviation Support: Resolve technical challenges through data-driven investigations, impact assessments, and structured quality actions.
  • Sterile DP Scale-Up: Drive technology assessments, scale-up activities, and engineering readiness for aseptic drug product manufacturing.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in sterile drug product manufacturing and GMP validation.
  • Proven experience in MSAT workflows and operational standardization.
  • Ability to manage complex deviations and lead data-driven investigations.
  • Familiarity with technology assessments and scale-up processes for aseptic manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
