Principal Biostatistician (FSP at Oncology Pharma)

R&D Partners is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join a dynamic team supporting clinical research in oncology. This role involves providing statistical expertise and leadership for clinical trial programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to innovative drug development strategies. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in EST or CDT time zones.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage statistical aspects of clinical trial programs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Offer statistical input for study design, sample size estimation, and analysis planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to drug development strategies.
Review and provide input on clinical data management deliverables.
Write and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), reports, and methodologies.
Perform hands-on statistical analysis and ensure quality control of deliverables.
Support regulatory submissions and interact with regulatory agencies.
Contribute to organizational growth by participating in hiring processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or related field.
Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS.
Familiarity with regulatory data standards like CDISC.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Experience in a CRO or consultancy setting is preferred.
