Principal Statistical Programmer (Home-Based, Europe)

R&D Partners is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join a pharmaceutical organization in Munich, Germany. This is a home-based role open to candidates across Europe. In this position, you will lead programming activities for clinical trials and contribute to the development of innovative tools and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee programming tasks outsourced to external vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
Manage clinical trial data programming, including SDTM, ADaM, and TFLs.
Act as the primary programming representative during audits and address audit findings.
Develop R-Shiny applications and dashboards to automate table production.
Use advanced tools like Python and PowerBI for data visualization and graphics creation.
Write and validate new programs and macros to enhance automation within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
Proficiency in advanced programming tools such as Python or PowerBI.
Experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industries.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage projects and collaborate with external vendors.
