R&D Partners is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support manufacturing and development operations by improving processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving innovation. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize production and implement new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve manufacturing and development processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Lead technical problem-solving and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest ways to reduce production time.
  • Support the introduction of new products and enhancement projects.
  • Assist in designing and executing experimental programs and plant trials.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving production deviations.
  • Write technical reports and deliver training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards at all times.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including aseptic techniques.
  • Experience with process improvement tools like OEE, SMED, RCA, and CI.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques and experimental design is an advantage.
