R&D Partners is seeking a Product Manager to act as the expert and strategic leader for a specific clinical market segment, ensuring that product development and innovation align with real-world clinical needs and market demands. You will play a key role in shaping product strategies, driving market insights, and building relationships with healthcare professionals to support the company’s mission of advancing infection prevention solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the latest clinical practices, research, and market trends.
• Analyze competitors, identify unmet needs, and monitor pricing, regulatory, and technical developments.
• Serve as the go-to expert for clinical and product-related questions within your specialty.
• Develop and guide product strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams to interpret market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry leaders.
• Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings, confidently presenting products and clinical data.
• Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions for internal and external audiences.
• Provide input for marketing materials and clinical documentation.
• Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to gather insights and strengthen partnerships.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, infection prevention practices, and medical device applications.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into actionable product and business strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, bioengineering, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or regulated healthcare environments, particularly in infection prevention or medical devices.
• Exposure to roles involving product management, marketing, or customer engagement.
