R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to meet production goals, maintain compliance with industry standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and promote workplace safety and environmental health practices.
  • Report any issues related to safety, quality, equipment, or processes to the appropriate manager.
  • Assist in introducing new products, setting up pilot production lines, and creating related procedures and forms.
  • Work with team leads to assign tasks and meet production schedules.
  • Complete and report employee training to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Accurately record work hours and submit timesheets for review.
  • Use problem-solving skills to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and other staff to resolve production issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to “clean as you go” practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client or regulatory interactions.
  • Attend training sessions and assist in investigations or corrective actions as needed.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and compliance.
