Project Manager Civil

R&D Partners is seeking a Project Manager Civil to provide technical consulting and coordination for construction-related projects within the manufacturing industry. This role requires expertise in civil engineering, architecture, and project management, with a focus on ensuring smooth collaboration with external planning and engineering firms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting to clarify requirements and liaise with external planning and engineering firms.
• Prepare and structure project-related documentation, including bills of quantities, tender documents, and award recommendations.
• Offer advisory support in assessing legal and construction-related requirements.
• Coordinate external trades within assigned work packages.
• Document and report on cost developments and project progress.
• Conduct technical reviews of planning documents and evaluate change orders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree (e.g., civil engineering, architecture).
• Solid knowledge in preparing bills of quantities, tender documents, and procurement processes.
• Experience in coordinating and managing external service providers and trades.
• Knowledge of relevant construction and legal requirements in the construction and planning environment.

Professional Experience:

• Several years of experience in comparable consulting roles, ideally within technical construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with planning and engineering offices, including technical review of planning documentation.
• Practical experience in reporting and documenting project progress and cost developments.
• Experience in executing construction projects in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to document and report clearly and comprehensibly.
• Team player with assertiveness when working with external partners.

Language Skills:

• Very good German skills (spoken and written).
• Good English skills are an advantage.
