QA Manufacturing Lead

Become the on‑the‑floor quality champion ensuring every batch meets the highest GMP standards.

R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated QA Manufacturing Lead to serve as the quality champion on the manufacturing shop floor. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintaining the highest quality standards for pharmaceutical products.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time oversight of shop floor activities.
• Perform line clearance and monitor batch execution.
• Escalate deviations and issues promptly.
• Review batch records and GMP documentation.
• Support interventions and aseptic practices, if applicable.
• Participate in routine checks and audits.
• Deliver shop floor training and coaching.
• Assist with investigations and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong background in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP and aseptic processes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to guide production teams and promote a culture of quality.
• Ability to make sound decisions and manage deviations in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for compliance and product integrity.
