QA Release & Support Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a QA Release & Support Manager for a pharmaceutical company based in Sweden. This organization has over 60 years of experience delivering aseptic products and specializes in contract manufacturing for both registered medicinal products and clinical trial materials. With ongoing expansion and new projects, this role offers exciting development opportunities for the right candidate.

As a QA Release & Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance across systems and supporting quality-related matters across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess manufacturing documentation for intermediate products.
• Compile manufacturing and analytical results, establishing trends.
• Act as a QA representative in cross-functional projects.
• Ensure production and testing comply with GMP standards.
• Review and approve quality-governing documents.
• Provide GMP expertise in improvement activities and support other departments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for challenges.
