Quality Manager

Lead the charge in shaping a world‑class Quality Management landscape for a future‑ready medical technology organisation.

R&D Partners is seeking a senior Quality Management professional to take full ownership of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 13485, MDR, relevant international regulatory requirements, and ISMS standards.
The role carries both strategic and operational responsibility and will play a key part in shaping the future quality landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Hold overall responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 13485, MDR, and applicable international standards, including ISMS.
• Lead, manage, and further develop the Quality Management function.
• Oversee regulatory approval activities, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technology, Clinical, and Executive teams.
• Rebuild, realign, and implement the QMS following recent organisational integration.
• Strategically develop and scale QM structures while maintaining hands-on operational involvement.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Several years of leadership experience in Quality Management, ideally within the medical device or digital health sector.
• Proven expertise with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
• Strong knowledge of MDR, ISO 13485, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented working approach.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
