Quality Manager & RP

Take ownership of quality and regulatory integrity, ensuring the highest standards across warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing partners.

R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager & Responsible Person (RP) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and oversee quality operations across warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing partners. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative quality culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with EU GDP guidelines for medicinal products.
• Oversee the quality of warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing processes.
• Partner with external service providers to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs to promote a quality-driven mindset.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including handling deviations, complaints, and change controls.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and governance meetings to ensure compliance.
• Support due diligence for new manufacturers and products.
• Coordinate self-inspections and external audits, including Health Authority inspections.
• Manage product release processes and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Escalate quality incidents when necessary and collaborate with stakeholders to address them effectively.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience managing quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and audit processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
