Regulatory Affairs Manager – UK

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead regulatory operations, drive strategy implementation, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team and manage capacity to meet KPIs.
• Drive PI license applications and maintenance activities.
• Support Regulatory Affairs Management in implementing strategies to meet quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and optimize parallel distribution marketing authorization functions.
• Oversee change management activities to enhance efficiency in licensing processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and continuously improve workflows.
• Provide regulatory expertise through strong knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Focus on employee satisfaction, development, and feedback within the team.
• Serve as a point of contact with health authorities, collaborating across business units.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or pharmaceutical services.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in regulatory roles within structured environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
