Scientist – Manager

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Scientist – Manager in Bridgewater, NJ.

Your main responsibilities as a Scientist – Manager:

• Participate in designing and producing novel gene therapies candidates
• Develop NGS-based high throughput in vitro screens
• Collaborate with peers within the Gene Editing team and broader research teams to develop candidate therapeutics
• Author and review protocols, electronic notebook entries, technical reports, and scientific publications
• Maintain proper documentation of experimental procedures and results

What we are looking for in a Scientist – Manager:

• D. degree in biological sciences discipline and a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with standard molecular biology techniques required
• Experience in assay development with NGS readouts required
• Experience in protein expression and purification required
• Experience with mammalian cell culture required

Pay Scale:

$160,442 – $200,571 Dependent on Experience)
