R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Biostatistician to join a dynamic team working on oncology-focused projects. This role involves contributing to clinical studies in phases II-III, with a focus on statistical analysis and data management. You will play a key part in shaping processes, ensuring quality outputs, and providing expert statistical input.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in the UK, Poland, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Help improve and streamline processes within the Biostatistics and Programming teams.
Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure quality control of deliverables.
Contribute to study designs, including writing statistical sections of protocols, creating Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and performing sample size calculations.
Provide input on data management plans when needed.
Offer expertise for complex statistical analyses.
Create or review dataset specifications (e.g., ADaM and SDTM) as required.
Perform quality checks on programming outputs when necessary.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Strong experience in statistical analysis and clinical research.
Proficiency in SAS programming.
Familiarity with regulatory data standards such as CDISC.
Previous experience in a contract research organization (CRO) is advantageous.
Leadership experience is a plus.
