Senior Director Clinical Operations

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to lead and optimize clinical operations for drug development projects. In this role, you will oversee clinical trial management, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve clinical operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain the clinical operations section of the clinical development plan.
• Manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with external partners, including CROs, auditors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and internal procedures.
• Conduct audits and support quality assurance efforts.
• Report on study progress, milestones, and challenges to leadership.
• An opportunity to manage a clinical team of Clinical Study Managers and Clinical Coordinators

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s or higher).
• Proven leadership experience in clinical and medical drug development.
• Practical knowledge of early-phase clinical trials (Phases I and II) and global studies.
• Experience in biologics and oncology is a plus.
• Strong project management and financial planning skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the EU and USA.
• Expertise in managing and selecting clinical research organizations (CROs).
• Ability to adapt quickly and implement strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication skills in both business and medical contexts.
