Senior Manager, IT Quality

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, IT Quality to support global quality and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work closely with teams to understand their needs and deliver digital solutions that improve processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also oversee the implementation and management of quality applications while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global quality and manufacturing teams to identify and implement digital solutions.
• Lead the rollout and enhancement of quality applications, ensuring they meet compliance and security standards.
• Manage key projects from start to finish, working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee application performance, vendor relationships, and service agreements to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure projects deliver measurable value.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong background in IT systems, business applications, or digital transformation, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Experience managing global projects using methodologies like Agile or PMI.
• Skilled in working with external software vendors and service providers.
• Familiarity with enterprise quality management systems in regulated environments (e.g., Veeva, Trackwise, Generis, Ennov, or similar platforms).
