Lead stat. expertise that powers insights driving the future of clinical research.

R&D Partners is seeking a highly skilled Lead Stat. Prog. to join a leading Research Organization and contribute to impactful research projects. This role is offered on a fully remote basis.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and verify stat. code to ensure accurate analysis and reporting of clinical data.
  • Collaborate with stat. colleagues to translate analysis specifications into robust, fit-for-purpose programming solutions.
  • Conduct independent validation and review of outputs to maintain high standards of data quality and reliability.
  • Assist in delivering analytical outputs-data summaries, output extracts, visual charts-and all necessary supporting documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Drive optimization of programming workflows by promoting efficient approaches and industry best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Stat., Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative discipline (undergraduate or postgraduate level).
  • Proven hands-on experience in stat. programming within clinical dev., pharma, or research settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in R programming and a strong foundation in applied stat. methods.
  • Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail in problem-solving and data review.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
