Solution Architect Digital Health

R&D Partners is seeking a Solution Architect, Digital Health to lead the design and development of innovative software solutions for our Digital Health Platform (DHP). This role focuses on creating scalable, cloud-based systems to manage and analyze large volumes of health data collected from wearable devices, mobile apps, and sensors. You will play a key role in shaping the future of digital health technologies by ensuring robust, secure, and efficient data ecosystems that support clinical studies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions to address digital health challenges, including prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
• Enhance and future-proof existing components like data lakes, analytics platforms, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Align technology strategies with business needs and IT standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, mobile architects, and clinical study managers, to ensure seamless platform functionality.
• Oversee global software development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Act as the compliance system owner for a key component of the platform.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong experience in designing and implementing software solutions for complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (AWS knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in tools like Git, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing and mentoring software development teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and validation processes in regulated industries is a bonus.
