Strategy Consultant – Commercial Strategy & CDD (Home-Based)

R&D Partners is seeking a Strategy Consultant specializing in Commercial Strategy and Commercial/Vendor Due Diligence (CDD/VDD). This role offers the opportunity to work remotely across Europe, supporting high-impact projects within the pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) & Vendor Due Diligence (VDD): Perform in-depth assessments of acquisition targets, including business plans, competitive context, financial projections, and investment risks. Deliver actionable recommendations to support transactions and strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Analyze market intelligence, revenue projections, product mix, supply chain, and distribution channels. Design evidence-based go-to-market (GTM) models to optimize commercial success.
• Market Opportunity Assessment: Conduct evaluations of market size, growth potential, pricing, access dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Develop recommendations for product positioning, prioritization, and market entry strategies.
• Corporate Strategy Planning: Support the development of long-term strategic plans grounded in industry evaluation, local market conditions, operational reviews, and scenario analysis. Align organizational mission, values, vision, and KPIs with growth pathways.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Strategy Consultant supporting Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare projects.
• Experience executing or leading CDD or VDD studies is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in developing commercial strategies is required.
• German or Dutch language skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Candidates without experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare cannot be considered for this position.
