R&D Partners is seeking 2 Central Study Coordinators to support clinical development activities on a remote basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in study coordination and a passion for participant engagement and retention.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pre-Assessed Referrals (PAR) and Central Campaign Referral processes.
  • Schedule on-site visits, laboratory appointments, DXA scans, and MRI appointments.
  • Collect Concomitant Medication and Adverse Event data.
  • Facilitate participant hand-offs to study sites.
  • Conduct visit and activity reminder calls.
  • Re-consent participants post-randomization as required.
  • Engage and retain participants through various activities.
  • Update study systems to reflect completed CSC activities.
  • Perform data entry and documentation.
  • Coordinate regular check-ins with study sites and other CSCs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Study Coordinator experience.
  • Proficiency in managing technology and web-based research platforms on a PC (Microsoft OS) in a remote workspace.
  • Experience working with Study Teams is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including task delegation when appropriate.
  • Commitment to maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality.
  • Language: Spanish (native).

Estimated Workload:

  • Approximately 30 hours per month, depending on site participation, screening activity, and randomization rates.

About the Role:

  • Location: Fully remote.
  • Commitment: Long-term, starting with 2 years and extendable thereafter.
