R&D Partners is seeking a Study Site Services Specialist to be involved in coordinating clinical trial resources, building strong relationships with study sites, and ensuring alignment with recruitment and retention strategies. You will work closely with sponsors, study sites, and internal teams to support the success of clinical trials. This is a remote position based in Germany, with occasional in-person team meetings.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for study sites, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate resources and manage contracts with healthcare organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site investigators and study teams.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies tailored to each site’s needs.
  • Manage and support Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), including their training and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on program progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, data protection laws, and clinical trial standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using internal tools.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and think strategically.
  • Experience in project management or stakeholder coordination, preferably in healthcare or clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general IT systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on relationship building and problem-solving.
