Supplier Quality, QMS and Compliance Expert

Are you a quality‑driven expert who can ensure supplier excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex partner landscape?

R&D Partners is seeking a Supplier Quality Expert to oversee supplier quality management and ensure compliance with quality systems. In this role, you will lead efforts to qualify, monitor, and manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers while supporting the continuous improvement of internal quality processes. You will act as a key contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all supplier-related activities meet regulatory standards and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier quality processes, including qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and visits, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
• Draft and maintain quality agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Oversee quality events, change notifications, and compliance trends, addressing risks promptly.
• Support and improve core quality management processes like deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards, including cGMP and ICH guidelines.
• Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements across operations.
• Serve as the primary advisor on supplier quality and compliance matters.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance, particularly in supplier quality management.
• Knowledge of global regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, ICH guidelines).
• Strong skills in conducting supplier audits and managing quality agreements.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits and audits.
