R&D Partners is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. In this role, you will provide technical support to manufacturing and supply chain operations, focusing on improving processes, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position requires strong computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Assist in resolving issues, improving processes, and managing technology transfers.
  • Prepare and review documentation, including change controls, investigations, protocols, and training materials.
  • Support process validation and equipment qualification by reviewing manufacturing documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and achieve operational goals.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on manufacturing needs and oversee the implementation of solutions.
  • Report safety, quality, or operational concerns to supervisors or designated personnel.
  • Promote and adhere to Environmental Health and Safety policies during activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain product standards.
  • Foster collaboration between operations teams and other business units.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department or their delegate.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of technical processes in manufacturing and supply chain operations within a GMP environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to work with various software tools. Ability to prepare and review detailed documentation accurately.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and results.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
