Value Communications Strategic Lead

Lead the narrative that shapes market access—turn evidence into impact as our Value Communications Strategic Lead.

R&D Partners is seeking a Value Communications Strategic Lead to join a consultancy specializing in biometrics and health economics. This role focuses on developing payer-facing communication tools and providing strategic input on value propositions and messaging frameworks.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Develop payer-facing communication materials, translating clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into clear, compelling messaging.
• Support materials for MLR submission, including Veeva-PromoMats workflows.
• Create payer decks, field resources, and HCEI-compliant materials.
• Provide strategic input on value propositions, messaging frameworks, and market access communication needs to ensure alignment across deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in writing, narrative development, and communication best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in payer communications, market access, medical communications, or value communications.
• Proven expertise in copywriting, messaging development, and value storytelling for payer audiences.
• Experience creating external resources and expert knowledge of the Veeva MLR-PRC submission process.
