Jeff founded R&D Partners in December 2008, drawing on over 25 years of global experience in functional service provision and strategic staffing across the life sciences sector. With a bachelor’s in business, he has led the company’s growth by delivering expert scientific, clinical research and engineering talent to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostic organisations. In 2022, under Jeff’s leadership, R&D Partners joined Acacium Group, enhancing the scale, reach and depth of specialist life sciences workforce solutions across global markets.

Dan joined R&D Partners in October 2024 as Global Managing Director, overseeing performance and growth. With a background in business and marketing, he has specialised in life science staffing since 2004, placing hundreds of professionals and leading high-performing recruitment teams. Dan has been part of Acacium Group since 2012, where he advanced to Chief Strategy Officer within the life sciences division. He is passionate about enabling recruitment consultants to deliver exceptional talent to organisations focused on improving patient outcomes.

Christian joined R&D Partners in 2019 with over 15 years of financial leadership experience. A Certified Accountant with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, he began his career at PwC before specialising in financial planning and analysis. A native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and Italian, Christian thrives in global environments, bringing financial rigour and commercial acumen to support innovation, strategic growth and data-driven decision-making across the life sciences sector.

David is a seasoned life science recruitment leader with over 15 years of experience within the business supporting organisations across the US and Europe. He has personally placed more than 500 professionals, from emerging talent to executive leadership and has led high-impact hiring initiatives across Clinical Operations, Medical Technology, and Digital Health. As a member of R&D Partners Global Board, David leads our contract division, overseeing all interim hiring across key functional areas. Known for his strategic insight and personable style, he is committed to building long-term partnerships that deliver high-quality, strategic staffing across the life science sector.

Callum has built a wealth of knowledge through a long-standing career within the business, having held key roles across multiple functions and geographies. Now Senior Director and Global Board Member at R&D Partners, Callum leads teams delivering workforce solutions across the US and EU life sciences markets. With a BA Hons in Business Management, Callum is focused on strategic growth, staff development and fostering lasting partnerships across the industry.

Elliot joined the business in 2014 and now leads the R&D Partners global client services team. With a BSc in Human and Environmental Science and experience in HR and performance coaching, Elliot specialises in delivering tailored recruitment solutions across the drug development lifecycle. He has supported start-ups to enterprise-level life science organisations through executive search, RPO, MSP, contingent staffing and tailored FSP models that drive innovation and impact. Elliot is a R&D Partners board member and has served as Chairperson of the Life Science sector at the REC since 2018.

Ed joined R&D Partners in 2023 and leads both the US team and the offshore team in Manila. He specialises in delivering contingent and permanent staffing solutions for laboratory and clinical research roles across the life sciences sector. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and an MBA, Ed brings extensive experience in recruitment delivery, team leadership and business development. Fluent in English and Tagalog, he is passionate about mentoring others and building strong partnerships. Ed is committed to connecting top talent with innovative organisations and driving growth through strategic client engagement.

Nicola joined Hobson Prior in 2009 and now leads compliance and contractor payroll operations across the life sciences sector. With deep expertise in UK and international legislation, she ensures the business remains fully compliant while driving operational efficiency. Nicola has spearheaded responses to major regulatory changes including AWR and IR35, and led the implementation of key technologies to enhance service delivery. Passionate about building trusted partnerships, she is committed to designing systems that support both contractors and clients, consistently delivering high-quality service and compliance excellence.
