The situation 

During the height of the global pandemic, a senior leader at a long-term client faced a critical challenge: hiring a QA Manager while managing remote team setup and ongoing project delivery. With limited time to review CVs or conduct interviews, the department was under pressure, and the vacancy was impacting productivity. 

The role needed to be filled urgently, but traditional recruitment processes weren’t feasible given the time constraints. 

The solution
