Billy joined the recruitment industry over four years ago after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business and beginning his career in customer-facing roles. Since transitioning into recruitment, he has developed a passion for helping businesses overcome complex hiring challenges while supporting professionals in advancing their careers.

Over the past 4.5 years, Billy has successfully completed more than 70 hires and partnered with over 18 pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organisations across Ireland. His experience spans businesses at every stage of growth, from emerging biotech companies to global life sciences manufacturers.

While Billy has supported recruitment projects across a broad range of functions, Engineering and Quality Assurance remain his specialist areas. He has partnered with organisations to secure talent across manufacturing, validation, automation, maintenance, quality systems, quality operations, and leadership positions.

Billy is particularly passionate about supporting organisations as they approach commercial manufacturing, helping them build the technical and quality teams required to drive growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and achieve operational excellence.
