Talent Acquisition Consultant

R&D Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on providing strategic recruitment support and ensuring effective hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Advise hiring managers on optimal recruiting strategies.
• Assist in creating job descriptions.
• Manage and brief external recruitment agencies.
• Provide guidance on leveraging social media channels for recruitment.
• Plan and organize selection processes, including conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates.
• Create project-related reports.
• Onsite presence in Pfaffenhofen is required but not on a full-time basis.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or within a large international company.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, particularly in oncology, cardiology, or pharmaceutical production.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus.
• University degree in human resources or a comparable qualification.
