R&D Partners is seeking a Store Executive to join a leading organization in NL. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional and unique end-to-end customer experience, contributing to the company’s transformation toward a future free from traditional tobacco products.

As a Store Executive, you will play a key role in guiding customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting with professional training and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome consumers to the store, understand their needs, and provide guidance on products.
• Inform consumers about product offerings and handle purchase transactions.
• Assist with after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform store activities such as inventory management, store readiness, and presentation according to the Store Operations Guidebook.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a fun, respectful, and engaging work environment.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and adhere to all operational guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (store hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
