R&D Partners is seeking a Microbiology Expert to join the Quality Control team. In this role, you will use your microbiology expertise to manage complex projects, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising with various stakeholders and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage microbiological processes such as contamination control, sterility, and environmental monitoring.
• Provide technical advice and support to production plants, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.
• Represent the organization during inspections and audits.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and supervise interns.
• Implement new technologies in pharmaceutical microbiology.
• Handle deviations, changes, and GMP-related documentation like SOPs and study plans.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related scientific field (advanced degrees preferred).
• Experience in pharmaceutical microbiology and familiarity with GMP documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in German (C2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audits is a plus.
